Dr. Mordechai Kedar is an Israeli scholar of Arabic literature and a lecturer at Bar Ilan University. Having served for 25 years in IDF Military Intelligence, Dr. Kedar is an academic expert on the Israeli Arab population where he specialized in Islamic groups,  the political discourse of Arab literature, the Arabic press and mass media, and the Syrian domestic arena. His expertise and insight of the growing conflict in the Middle East is timely and unique.
